Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts. Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables. Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance. Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools. Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments. Utilize hand and power tools. Plan sequence of operation. Computer and technology knowledge: AutoCAD. Equipment and machinery experience: Boring machines. Cylindrical grinders. Milling machines. Sawing machine. Tool grinders. Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.- Location Concord, ONL4K 3P9
