Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Confined spaces. Dusty. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction. Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Assist equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment or truck. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Hand-eye co-ordination. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Hardworking.
