Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Other miscellaneous animal farming. Other miscellaneous crop farming. Harvest crops. Work setting: Rural area. Agriculture, fishing and/or forestry. Tasks: Coordinate planting and cultivating activities. Handling animals. Manage feed inventory activities . Monitoring animal health. Organize planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities. Manage overall operation of farm. Purchase machinery, livestock, seed, feed and other supplies. Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown and livestock to be raised. Maintain financial and production records. Perform general farm duties. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Supervision: 5-10 people. Equipment and machinery experience: Tractor. Animal specialization: Domestic animals/pets (cats, kittens, puppies, dogs, etc.). Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling.
