Summer Student (HR Assistant) Start Date: June 01, 2026Number of Weeks: 09 --- Total Hours: 270Schedule & Pay: 30 hours per week; $21.75 per hour Because this role is dependent on Canada Summer Student Funding through Employment and Social Development, candidates will need to meet the following criteria: is between 16 and 30 years of age at the start of employment was registered as a full-time student during the preceding academic year intends to return to school on a full-time basis during the next academic year is a student in a secondary, post-secondary, vocational or technical program is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act is legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations*Foreign students are not eligible. GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIY:The CPH Summer Student (HR Assistant) is directly accountable to their HR Coordinator and indirectly to the Executive Director. He/she shall be directly accountable for providing administrative support to Human Resources department, working together with the team to ensure that goals and objectives are met. Specifically, the Summer Student is responsible to help in:1. Administrative Support2. Employee Surveys3. Employee Engagement Activities4. Recruitment5. Onboarding New Employees6. Performance Appraisals- Location Regina, SK
