We are currently seeking a *Service Sales Representative (Mechanical/HVAC)* to join our team and take the organization to the next level. *Position Summary* The Service Sales Representative (Mechanical/HVAC) will be responsible for driving lead generation and sales opportunities within the Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) market. This role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic outreach initiatives, and expanding service offerings to both new and existing clients. *Key Responsibilities* * Support the Service Team in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase annual revenue * Identify and pursue market opportunities within the ICI sector across the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, and Niagara regions * Generate new leads through cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach * Develop, implement, and manage sales plans focused on: * Preventive Maintenance (PM) program growth * Service quoting and renewals * Project-to-service conversions * Acquisition of new service clients * Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention * Assist in the preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) * Follow up on approved quotations, ensuring customer satisfaction and documenting outcomes in CRM systems * Utilize CRM tools to track activity, measure performance, and manage the sales pipeline * Collaborate with management to enhance marketing materials and strengthen the company?s industry presence * Develop and maintain sales reporting tools, with monthly reviews and weekly updates to the Service Manager * Embody and uphold Nutemp?s core values in all business interactions *Qualifications* * Bachelor?s degree in a related field or a minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience * Proven sales and negotiation experience, preferably within the mechanical or construction industry * Strong track record in acquiring new clients, contracts, and business relationships * Advanced writing and editing skills for proposals and client communications * Experience with social media platforms and digital outreach strategies * Construction or mechanical industry experience is required * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships * Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices * Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset * Ability to align with and support company culture and strategic goals *What We Offer* * Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits package * Paid time off, including vacation and sick days * External training and professional development reimbursement * Monthly Car Allowance * Company VISA provided for gas and other approved work-related expenses * Eligibility for Nutemp?s employee benefits package after 90 days of employment * Access to Group Retirement Savings Plan (GRSP) and Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) *Apply Today* Think you?ve got what it takes?
