Salary: $60,000?$65,000 per year (paid weekly) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-time, salaried *Harry?s Home Comfort* is looking for a reliable and organized HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. This is a remote position where you will play a key role in coordinating technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between homeowners, contractors, and our internal team. You?ll also be guiding a Dispatch Assistant, so leadership and strong communication skills are important. * Competitive salary: $60,000?$65,000 annually * Weekly pay Monday?Friday, 9?5 schedule * 2 weeks paid vacation * In-depth training provided * Onsite / Office?Based Position * Opportunity for benefits (planned for 2026) *Key Responsibilities* * Schedule HVAC installations and service calls for homeowners * Coordinate and manage HVAC technicians? daily routes and workloads * Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointments and discuss payments * Order equipment and materials for upcoming jobs * Liaise with contractors and internal teams * Maintain accurate records using HubSpot CRM * Represent Harry?s Home Comfort professionally and confidently * Support and guide a Dispatch Assistant * Take initiative and assist with additional responsibilities that improve company operations *Requirements* * 1?2 years of HVAC dispatching experience (required) * 1?2 years of customer service experience * Experience with HubSpot CRM (or strong familiarity) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivated and eager to learn *Additional Information* * 3-month probation period * Benefits not currently offered but expected to be available in 2026 *Our Culture* At Harry?s Home Comfort, we take pride in the quality of our work and the service we provide to our customers.
