*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of renovations, with the ability to read drawings and blueprints. This role involves working on various projects including restoration and renovation requiring proficiency with hand tools and power tools. The right person will contribute to building durable structures while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. *Responsibilities* * Interpret and follow blueprints and engineered drawings , and technical drawings to execute construction projects accurately. * Completing renovation and restoration tasks with precision. * Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support construction activities. * Use hand tools and power tools * Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure smooth workflow on-site. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. * Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. *Skills* * Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively. * Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools and other construction machinery. * Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and protocols. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday. * Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
