We take pride in clean work, attention to detail, and maintaining professional job sites. *The Role* We are looking for a skilled, reliable carpenter with strong renovation experience to join our team. This role involves working on a variety of residential projects including full remodels, additions, and interior renovations. *Responsibilities* * Perform demolition, site preparation, and daily cleanup * Framing, drywall, and general carpentry work * Install flooring (tile, LVP, hardwood) and underlayment * Complete finishing work including trim, doors, and painting * Maintain clean, organized job sites * Work independently and interact professionally with clients *Requirements* * Minimum 5 years of residential renovation experience * Strong knowledge of carpentry, finishing, and general construction * Experience with tile installation is an asset * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented * Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Own basic tools (preferred) *What We Offer* * Competitive pay: $35?$45/hour (based on experience) * Consistent, local work * Opportunity for advancement as the company grows * Supportive and professional work environment *To Apply* Please apply with: * A brief description of your experience * Your resume * Your availability * Confirmation of license and transportation We are looking to hire in the near future.
