*Job Overview* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic *General Manager* to oversee daily operations of our hotel. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Lead and supervise staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and efficient workforce. * Oversee daily operations and overall customer experience. * Manage food handling procedures to comply with safety and sanitation standards. * Monitor customer service quality to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly. * Implement operational policies related to hospitality, food safety, and staff management. *Requirements* * Proven experience hospitality leadership roles; supervisory experience is essential. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively within a fast-paced setting. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. * Knowledge of food industry regulations including food safety protocols. * Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience is advantageous. * Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities efficiently. * Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and manage team development initiatives.
