We are currently seeking a full-time *Accounts Payable Clerk* to join our Corporate Services team in Saskatoon. This is an onsite position ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. *What You?ll Do* * Process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time * Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies * Maintain vendor accounts and financial records * Assist with accounts receivable and invoicing support * Support payroll entry and month-end activities * Perform data entry and order processing * Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems * Provide professional support to vendors, customers, and delivery personnel * Assist with general office and accounting administration as required *What You'll Bring* * Minimum 2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience * Experience with accounting and payroll software * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment * Strong communication and customer service skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team *What We Offer* * Competitive compensation * Full-time, permanent position * Monday to Friday schedule * Supportive and team-oriented workplace * Opportunity for long-term growth with an established Canadian company We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted Pay: From $24.50 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Disability insurance * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * RRSP match * Store discount * Vision care Work Location: In person
