Responsibilities: * Provide clients with information about the local real estate market. * Be knowledgeable about local zoning laws and regulations. * Negotiate sales contracts on behalf of clients. * Conduct open houses and other marketing activities to promote properties. * Maintain a current knowledge of the real estate market and trends. * Provide clients with advice on pricing, financing, and other related matters. * Assist clients in finding suitable properties for purchase or rent. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Pay: $44,112.89-$250,000.00 per year Work Location: In person- Location Kelowna, BC
