We pride ourselves on our values of trust, integrity, and delivering a world-class product. *About the Role* We?re seeking an *Account Executive* to take ownership of the GTA West region and help drive the growth of Closer. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Business Development, you?ll be responsible for introducing Closer to real estate legal professionals across the *Greater Toronto Area, *including Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Oakville, and Milton, while helping transform the way lawyers, clerks, and their clients manage the property closing process. You?re a great fit for this role if you?re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment. You?re an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success managing a full end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building through to closing. Highly organized and technically proficient, you?re confident, articulate, and able to understand and respond to the unique needs of prospects. You?re comfortable working independently and managing your territory autonomously, while also collaborating closely with a team to drive shared success. *What You?ll Do:* * Research and identify target firms that align with our ideal customer profile, prioritizing high-potential prospects. * Execute outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation. * Engage with inbound prospects through our website chat platform and nurture opportunities through the sales cycle. * Conduct needs assessments, deliver product demonstrations, and convert prospects into paying customers. * Maintain accurate CRM records, manage your sales pipeline, and track progress against targets. * Gather and share prospect feedback with the product team to help inform product improvements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support adoption, retention, and long-term success. * Travel throughout the GTA West region to meet with prospects, attend industry events, and expand market presence. * Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to support effective sales strategies. * Analyze sales performance metrics and contribute insights to improve processes and results. * Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Trainers, to support a seamless client onboarding experience. * Continuously develop your sales skills and industry knowledge through ongoing learning opportunities. *What You?ll Bring:* * 3+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record managing an end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, cold outreach, product demonstrations, and account management. * Experience with transactional sales and managing a high-volume sales pipeline. * Previous SaaS or technology sales experience. * Familiarity with common sales CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar). * A strong understanding of and passion for technology and cloud-based products. * A competitive, creative, and strategic growth mindset with a drive to identify opportunities and deliver results. * A commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to continuously learn and grow. * Ability to travel regularly throughout the GTA West region. Candidates must have a valid driver?s license and access to reliable transportation.
