Recruitment and talent acquisition will be a major focus of your work, while also providing exposure to performance management, compensation, onboarding, and people operations in a growing consulting business.</p><p></p><p>If you?re curious, proactive, and love keeping things running smoothly this role is for you. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented HR role supporting MistyWest?s core people processes.</p><p></p><p>You will support the execution of:</p><ul><li>Recruitment and Candidate Pipeline planning</li><li>Onboarding</li><li>Performance review cycles</li><li>OKR and KPI tracking</li><li>Compensation benchmarking support</li><li>Core HR operations and compliance</li><li>People and culture initiatives</li></ul><p></p><p>Success in this role requires comfort managing multiple priorities, switching between projects, and supporting a fast-moving team where priorities can change quickly.</p><p></p><p>Recruitment and talent acquisition will represent a significant portion of this role. The ideal candidate enjoys building talent pipelines, engaging candidates, and supporting hiring managers while also developing broader HR skills.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p>Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (50-70% depending on project needs)</p><ul><li>Manage job postings across multiple platforms</li><li>Screen applicants and coordinate interviews</li><li>Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels</li><li>Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process</li><li>Maintain the ATS and candidate pipelines</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts</li><li>Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience</li></ul><p>People Operations & HR (30-50%)</p><ul><li>Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation</li><li>Support benefits administration and employee questions</li><li>Assist with performance review cycles and documentation</li><li>Assist with compensation benchmarking research and salary market analysis</li><li>Assist with OKR and KPI tracking</li><li>Support culture initiatives, retreats, Lunch & Learns, and team events</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or people operations.</li><li>Demonstrated experience coordinating or supporting hiring processes</li><li>Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple active recruitment processes simultaneously.</li><li>Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or a related field</li><li>Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail</li><li>A friendly, confident communication style; you?re comfortable working w- Location Vancouver, BC
