Whether you?re newly licensed, an apprentice or have years of experience behind the chair, we offer a supportive environment where you can grow your clientele, build your confidence, and make great money doing what you love. *What We Offer:* * Starting wage of *$17.60/hour* * *Commission opportunities* * Keep *100% of your own tips* * Flexible scheduling * Ongoing education and support * Busy walk-in salon with steady clientele * Fun, team-oriented atmosphere * On going training *What We?re Looking For:* * Licensed hairstylist or apprentice * Positive attitude and strong customer service * Team player who loves the beauty industry * Confidence in cutting, styling, and recommending products/services If you?re ready to grow your career in a fast-paced and supportive salon environment, we?d love to hear from you! *Duties* * Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences * Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering expert advice * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools * Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and salon revenue * Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments * Foster a friendly and professional atmosphere to ensure repeat business and positive client relationships * Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients * Proficiency in hair styling techniques and current trends * Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff * Effective upselling skills to recommend products or additional services naturally during appointments * Excellent communication skills for clear consultation and team collaboration * Experience in retail sales within a salon or similar environment is preferred * Front desk experience is advantageous for managing appointments and client interactions Join our team to help clients look and feel their best while advancing your career in a supportive, professional setting.
