*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, providing them with exceptional experiences. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a retail environment. *Duties* * Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. * Highly regulated commodity (tobacco), need to following reporting documents on a regularly. * Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. * Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. * Stay informed about the latest technology sales trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively. *Experience* * Previous experience in prospect and inactive sales of customers * Must be strong in Excel, a must * Strong organizational skills and sales displays efficiently. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. (Bilingual would be an asset, and compensated for this) * A basic understanding of technology sales is beneficial * Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. * Reliable, matured Week days Monday - Thursday (occasional Fridays) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers while developing your career in retail sales!
