Paid training and mentorship ensure you grow professionally every step of the way! *Duties* * Greet clients warmly at the front desk, schedule appointments, and manage client flow efficiently * Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering professional advice * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment * Promote retail products and upsell services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue * Support the team during busy periods by handling administrative tasks such as appointment bookings and product inventory checks * Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to create a safe environment for clients and staff *Experience* * Previous experience in hair cutting is essential * Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members * Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques or a keen interest in developing these skills * Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in a fast-paced setting * Willingness to learn new skills through on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced stylists * A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients Embark on your hairdressing journey with us!
