*Front Desk Agent ? Job Summary* We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and positive experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are considered an asset. *Duties & Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure * Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and payments accurately * Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently and handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests * Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest concerns or special requests * Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, billing information, and daily reports * Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations * Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary * Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times * Assist guests with hotel information, local directions, amenities, and nearby attractions * Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards to maintain service excellence * Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment *Requirements* * Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent customer service abilities with a professional and positive attitude * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with computers, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required * Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset * Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service.
