*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Barber to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional grooming services by providing expert haircuts, shaves, and styling tailored to each client?s preferences. Your energetic approach and passion for customer service will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and satisfied. As a key member of our team, you?ll also engage with clients through retail sales of grooming products and upselling additional services to enhance their experience. Your dedication to sanitation and professionalism will uphold our high standards of cleanliness and safety, making every visit enjoyable and hygienic. *Responsibilities* * Perform precise haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling services based on client requests and current trends * Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, communicating clearly, and building rapport with clients * Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff * Recommend and upsell grooming products or additional services to enhance the client?s grooming experience * Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently * Stay informed about the latest grooming techniques and industry trends to provide innovative styles * Foster a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals *Experience* * Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of diverse styles * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members * Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a grooming environment * Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships * Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us if you?re passionate about transforming looks with precision, creativity, and enthusiasm!
